I use a variety of evidence-based modalities (EMDR, CBT, TF-CBT, CPT, Sensorimotor & IFS) to treat a range of mental health conditions. My treatment ranges in scope from stress management to the processing of severe trauma.

My therapeutic approach values a strong therapeutic relationship. I work in an experiential way. I use a collaborative approach that is influenced most by: Interpersonal Neurobiology, Parts Work, Brene Brown, Coherence Therapy and Attachment Science.
