I use a mix of talk and somatic therapy. Some sessions are more talking, and others are more body centric, depending on your goals. I incorporate Somatic Experiencing and a nervous system lens to my work to help clients get better at feeling.

I operate from a person-centered approach to counseling that emphasizes unconditional positive regard, empathy, and honesty in our sessions. I also use theoretical approaches such as Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, Polyvagal Theory, and DBT.
