I want to start by understanding your challenges, goals, and what is most important to YOU to gain from therapy. We will then work together to identify personalized coping strategies, implement behavioral changes, and heal from past experiences.

I approach treatment from a holistic, mind-body perspective.
Explore the issues (i.e. attachment insecurity, relationship concerns, family estrangement, anxiety, trauma) that are most important to you and work together to make tomorrow better than today.

I view therapy from the lens that you are the expert on your life. In our sessions, you are the driver leading the session and I am there to help guide the session by asking questions to help you figure out the best solutions for yourself.
Start with the intake phase, which I learn more about you and what you hope for, as well as gather historical/familial history. Then, we talk more about your goals in-depth and I offer ideas about treatment. Then we get started on your therapy path!

My therapeutic approach values a strong therapeutic relationship. I work in an experiential way. I use a collaborative approach that is influenced most by: Interpersonal Neurobiology, Parts Work, Brene Brown, Coherence Therapy and Attachment Science.
We will help you learn coping skills on how to manage anxiety and depression, and help you achieve overall personal and/or professional growth. Positive, progressive change is the invariable end goal in the counseling process.
