I do a lot of work around grief and loss; addiction, stress management and navigating life transitions. Therapy can help you decrease suffering, increase feelings of satisfaction. and improve your overall mental health.

I will receive medication-assisted treatment, cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, motivational interviewing, and psychotropic medication. Group therapy and daily exercise will be part of my treatment plan.

I empower, educate, & supporting people in their wholeness, and holistically blend Shamanism, Parts Work, Strength Based, Narrative, & Solution-Focused Therapy with a Humanistic approach. With couples I also include Gottman Method and polarity work.
