My role isn't to offer solutions or tell you what to do. Instead, I specialize in asking questions and making interpretations that encourage deeper exploration of your inner world and in fostering a dialogue with neglected aspects of your psyche.
A person who comes to me for therapy is having problems related to their emotions (ie. anxiety, depression); relationships and self esteem issues and whose goal is to work in therapy on developing strategies to deal with these problems.

My approach depends on each individual client and their goals for treatement. I tend to use a combination of CBT and strengths-based approach.
