I am very open and genuine. I usually tell everyone I come in contact with that I'm not a typical "therapist," and I do my best to not ask "How does that make you feel?" Humor and realness are major components to my work.

My approach depends on the needs of the client with an emphasis on the Person-Centered and Solution-Focused Approach. I pull from different modalities. With children, I prefer to utilize play-focused modalities. EMDR is also available.
