I specialize in using cognitive-behavioral therapy to treat anxiety & depression as well as EMDR for trauma processing. Two areas I particularly enjoy treating include helping people with self-esteem/perfectionist issues & those with trauma history.

I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), a way of reprocessing traumatic events to reduce the physical and emotional effects. I value and treat the whole person, and have an understanding of the mind/body connection.
