I take a non-judgmental approach with all my clients no matter what they bring to the therapy space. Listening carefully, reflecting back, gentle challenges, and infusing all parts of the process with compassion (and sometimes humor!) are my style.

My approach is relational, and I believe having a good fit is key to the work. I offer a free consultation. I can also provide EMDR therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Parts Therapy (like IFS) as well as other evidence based modalities.
