My approach is relational, and I believe having a good fit is key to the work. I offer a free consultation. I can also provide EMDR therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Parts Therapy (like IFS) as well as other evidence based modalities.

I specialize in supporting people seeking relief from anxiety, trauma, depression, PTSD or that have complex trauma. I often work with adult children of alcoholics, and people struggling with navigating challenging family or step-family dynamics.

I am licensed in both Massachusetts and Vermont. I am fully certified by EMDRIA with many advance trainings and can provide this therapy virtually.

My practice can help with anxiety, grief, complex trauma and PTSD, life transitions and relationship issues. I keep current with research and advanced trainings in order to best support my clients.
