I search for the reason instead of treating the symptom. For example, when someone is seeking anger management, I do not only want to work on behavioral changes, but also find what is driving the anger in order to help them heal for lasting change.

My approach to therapy is holistic and integrative and consists of trauma-informed, attachment-focused, and somatically-based experiential techniques. I utilize evidence-based therapies and interventions tailored to each individual's treatment.
