I have 8 years of experience working in a variety of settings and serving a diverse population of clients. My training is depression, anxiety, trauma, grief and life transitions. My approach includes CBT and motivational interviewing.

I use humor when appropriate and don't assign random "homework" just because in therapy - I do however recommend activities, books, and podcasts for use in between sessions when appropriate and specific to a client's goals.
