My experience as a wilderness therapist has taught me the immense power of relationships- relationships with ourselves, our significant others, and with nature- for personal growth and self-actualization. Relationships are everything!

I believe psychotherapy is a collaborative process, wherein I partner with you, the client, to help you achieve your desired goals for your life. So my approach is supportive and encouraging but directive and goal driven.

Many of my clients come to me at pivotal points in life (i.e. becoming a father). Continuing down the path they are on will not be satisfying or sustainable. My goal is to meet people where they are at to work on what their goals are for change.
