I use a down-to-earth approach to meet clients where they’re at and address life issues. I understand that therapy can be an intimidating and overwhelming process to start, so I try not to overcomplicate things and meet clients on a human level.

I use EMDR, trauma informed movement/yoga, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and emotional processing skills. I use a variety of approaches to best fit your needs and these approaches change as you change. I do not put YOU into a treatment model.
