Our first session will revolve around identifying parts of yourself that you feel are negatively impacting your life. From there, we will work on not just managing those parts, but better understanding the "why" behind them and helping them to relax.

I tend to take what we call a "person-centered approach" to therapy which basically means that I trust you to make the best decisions for yourself. But don't worry, I will guide you along that process. I work best with clients motivated for growth!
