My approach is client-centered and holistic. We will explore all aspects of yourself including mental, emotional, physical, relational, spiritual, and sexual. All of these parts come together to make you who you are and influence your journey.

I like to use stories about others' experience, or even my own, to relate to what we're trying to describe or process. I don't mind self disclosing if I know it can help you. I prefer a shared and connected experience. No hierarchy.

I use a variety of approaches using talk therapy, explorations of your childhood and your past, and a variety of art therapy techniques. I like to find out what your interests are and incorporate that into your sessions (art, music, books, etc).
