I utilize a solution-focused approach within my scope of work, however, I also incorporate other therapeutic modalities such as Adlerian Therapy, Art Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I am also fluent in Spanish.

I also offer my own personal experiences as a black woman, a mother, daughter who has grieved as a means to connect and empathize. I use elements of CBT; SFBT, motivational interviewing and IFS to create healthier paths and achieve goals.
