Ideally, clients would describe working with me as “fun and functional”. I want to make sure therapy feels great but moves you towards your goals!
I don’t believe therapy is one size fits all, I want to tailor it to your life and your vision! If that means sharing memes and laugh, I’m here for it!
I want to help you write your story, as you have always imagined it. Incorporating your dreams and letting go things that no longer serve you today.
I specialize in working with individuals struggling with substance use disorders/recovery. I also have a passion for working with adults processing life transitions and adjustments.
I became a therapist because I truly believe in the power of human connection. I believe that building connections lets us change our lives.
I want therapy to be fun, and functional. I want individuals to enjoy our time together while moving towards their goals.
I want my clients to feel at home in my office and talking to me about all of the questions that brought them in. Ideally, creating the comfort as talking to your closest friends. I'm like Planet Fitness, I'm the judgement free zone!
