I identify as a queer cis woman. I’m passionate about working with the LGBTQIA+ community and honoring the inherent strengths and opportunities that exist across variations of gender, sexuality, and relationships.

My approach is very relational. I draw from psychodynamic, family systems, & attachment theories. I focus less on sickness, instead creating space for you to explore & understand your past, make changes in the present, & pursue the future you want.

We'll discuss managing stress. Much of the time (and without meaning to, of course), we human beings feed into our own stress. We do this by repeating old mental habits that are no longer serving us well. The good news is that habits can be changed!
