I identify as a queer cis woman. I’m passionate about working with the LGBTQIA+ community and honoring the inherent strengths and opportunities that exist across variations of gender, sexuality, and relationships.

We’ll peel back layers to yourself and you life. We’ll process psychological and emotional distress. We’ll build practical tools to manage the challenges you’re facing. Ultimately, we’ll build a more authentic, empowered sense of self.

My focus areas are sexuality, anxiety, identity exploration & development, sex, depression, relationships, grief, and life-transitions. I specialize in working with LGBTQIA+ individuals and anyone wrestling with their identity in a meaningful way.

I became a therapist because I believe in the transformative power of connecting with ourselves and others in a deeper, honest way.
