I am trained in client-centered and mindfulness therapies, non-judgementally helping clients wherever they may be on their journey. I also use several evidence based therapies including ACT, CBT, grief and trauma therapies.

I utilize a somatic technique known as brainspotting when working with my clients. This technique encompasses both the mind and body. This form of therapy is incredibly powerful as it helps clients dive deeper and process various traumas.
