I use a combination of theoretical approaches to identify, collaborate, and problem solve your concerns. I enjoy engaging somatic work and education about the connection in our brain and body to holistically approach healing and bring peace.

My focus is mindset. There are so many things in life we can't control. However, I work with clients to develop a strong mindset that no matter what circumstances or emotions we are facing our mind/thoughts are built on a strong foundation.
