I believe in taking a person centered approach, because my clients have so much inner wisdom and power already. I am there to help you uncover what is already there.
Depression, anxiety, life stressors (from society, situations or new life stages) can tire us out. It's hard to keep moving forward. We will help you find ways to get unstuck so you don't have to exhaust yourself by constantly masking your emotions.
