I believe real change comes from within. This is your journey, I'm here to walk beside you and support you. I will be honest but kind.
The two main approaches I use in my practice are person-centered therapy and self-compassion. It's your life and you have to be the one to decide to do the work to change. I also encourage you to talk to yourself as you would a close friend.
Depression, anxiety, life stressors (from society, situations or new life stages) can tire us out. It's hard to keep moving forward. We will help you find ways to get unstuck so you don't have to exhaust yourself by constantly masking your emotions.
I work with individual adults. If you are ready to put in the work and make changes in your life, I am ready to walk beside you and support you. We all need someone in our corner who can be real while still being kind.
I want to help people, but I also enjoy learning about people and what motivates them.
I work on-line only. You can meet with me from the comfort and privacy of your home, or another place of your choosing.
I know how hard it can be to try to squeeze more into the regular hours of the day. I offer evening appointments allowing you to have time to get home and get settled before your appointment. More privacy. More comfort. Less stress.
