Starting therapy can be an intimidating process and I want to make it as easy for you as possible. I strive to be someone that you can feel safe and comfortable opening up to about things you may not be able to talk about with others in your life.
Together we will examine any barriers or limits that are holding you back from achieving your goals. Therapy should be a comfortable and safe space to organize thoughts, understand behaviors, and create a plan for the change you want in your life.

My approach is compassionate and nonjudgemental. I provide empathetic listening and feedback in frameworks of CBT, DBT, and EMDR.

I use my skills as an intuitive empath to tailor my style to meet each client’s individual needs. I utilize a combination of CBT, EMDR, Expressive Arts therapies, EFT, mindfulness techniques and other person-centered therapies.
