I enjoy utilizing emotionally focused therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy and exploring family of origin issues. My approach is meant to help a person develop coping skills as well as to identify root causes of existing issues.

I have worked with those that are navigating relationships, breakups, career pivots, making and breaking habits, grief, and anger. I offer EMDR and other therapies to help you process challenging experiences, emotions, and trauma.

At the Child & Adult Behavior Center, we use CBT and mindfulness for adults coping with stress and anxiety, while involving parents for children’s therapy, focusing on ADHD, autism, and emotional regulation.
