While I specialize in LGBTQIA+ issues, I also work with clients who have anxiety, depression, trauma, or who are experiencing grief. Whatever your goal may be, we will work together to help you achieve that goal in a way that works best for you.

Learn how to come to terms with past events that have led you to this point and accept, rather than fight, feelings such as anxiety, grief, guilt, and shame. I can also help you learn skills to build a life that you are happy to wake up and live.

Many of my clients come to me at pivotal points in life (i.e. becoming a father). Continuing down the path they are on will not be satisfying or sustainable. My goal is to meet people where they are at to work on what their goals are for change.
People pursue counseling with me for all manner of issues related to the human experience. Some of the more common examples include difficulties with anxiety, depression, grief, family conflict, loneliness, self-esteem, and addiction.

I believe that everyone has an innate ability to heal and find fulfillment. Sometimes the stress of life piles on and we lose touch with that instinct. That's where therapy comes in.
Focus on YOUR goals. Sometimes that means less of something (anxiety, sadness, anger, confusion, frustration, toxic relationships), and sometimes more (clarity, self-acceptance, confidence, boundaries, support, strength, communication).

My approach to working with you will be unique to your needs and goals and to who you are as a person. My focus is on cultivating mental health, not treating mental illness.
Co-create. Seek clarity. Get grounded. Heal your pain. Seek to understand and appreciate what it's like to be you.
