I am passionate about addressing all areas of health (physical, emotional, social, spiritual, and mental) which I believe are vital for each of us to live a happy, healthy life.
Regardless of the situation, I will meet you where you’re at and help you to identify and utilize strengths (which you already possess, btw) as we move closer toward the goals you envision for yourself. Understanding your experience matters to me.

I am collaborative yet structured. I believe that the most important work you do is outside the counseling office.
I let my clients discuss whatever they want to. When they come in the floor is open and I allow them to take the lead. I then jump in to guide them and provide productive feedback.

I believe every client is a person and should be treated as such. I provide a safe space for my clients so they can feel heard and provide an opportunity to grow and heal.
