My approach to therapy is holistic and integrative and consists of trauma-informed, attachment-focused, and somatically-based experiential techniques. I utilize evidence-based therapies and interventions tailored to each individual's treatment.

I treat struggles around relationships, anxiety, and trauma. I use EMDR to help you reprocess past trauma in a comfortable and manageable way. Most importantly, I believe the relationship between you and I is a necessary foundation for any healing.
