My approach to working with you will be unique to your needs and goals and to who you are as a person. My focus is on cultivating mental health, not treating mental illness.

I will meet you where you are at. I believe everyone is different, and because of that, I approach everyone as unique individuals. I appreciate humor and sarcasm. and want everyone to feel they can be their authentic self while in therapy.
figure out what matters most to you; identify what's in your way, and what's under your influence; and use cognitive, behavioral and mindfulness skills to build a meaningful life - while managing the pain and difficulty that comes with that.

We'll examine the stories that you tell yourself that hold you back and keep you stuck. We'll learn to manage feelings and how we judge ourselves for them. We'll shift perspective on the values that we subscribe to and develop new skills to cope.
