My approach is individualized. I am trained in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and mindfulness. In our work together, we explore which tools from these approaches will work best for you and jump right in.

I use Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Family Systems Therapy, however I base my approach on the Rogerian Principals of; empathy, unconditional positive regard, and congruence. These principals are the foundations for building honest rapport.
My clients are free to discuss difficult relationships with others as well as any traumatic event they experienced and have been holding inside of themselves afraid to share this with anyone and are now ready to move toward resolution and healing.
