My approach is all about laying down the groundwork of trust before diving into the nitty-gritty. If there's no trust between us, it's tough to make any real progress. Expect honesty from me, but also plenty of empathy and support.

You're your own expert, I just bring the knowledge of psychology and the mind/body with me - this means, that it's a collaboration. I believe that everything has a beginning, which means sometimes we have to go way back to solve a present problem.

I enjoy tailoring therapy to each individual, thus I incorporate several modalities. Treatment modalities include internal family systems (IFS), psychodynamic, compassion-focused, CBT, and ACT. I am level one trained in IFS.
