I tend to favor Cognitive Behavioral approaches in therapy, but am quite capable of adjusting my therapeutic process to the method best suited for the problems at hand. I blend in Mindfullness, Positive Thinking, and Solution-focused Therapy.

I’ve been a geek my whole life and I often bring that into sessions with various fandoms and movie quotes. I don’t come in with a preconceived agenda and instead work to meet you where you are at and discover what you truly want from life.
