I aim to apply a Person-Centered approach to each of my clients while integrating techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI) into my therapeutic practice.

I typically offer clients a choice between dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) or Internal Family Systems (IFS). Both of these strategies offer a holistic approach and assist clients in healing inner pain while addressing behavioral concerns.
