I aim to apply a Person-Centered approach to each of my clients while integrating techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI) into my therapeutic practice.
In therapy sessions, we will set treatment goals to work together on the presenting problems. Constant feedback is always welcomed on activities and discussion topics to assist with the therapy process.

My approach is client centered, meaning the focus will remain on the concerns the client brings to therapy. Different techniques I use involve trauma focused CBT, DBT, and EMDR (in office only).
