Revealing what motivates our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors can unlock renewed self-awareness, leading to meaningful breakthroughs. This newly acquired knowledge can transform and enrich our perception of ourselves and of the world surrounding us.

I practice psychodynamic therapy. My approach is warm, non-directive, non-judgmental, and holistic, as it welcomes you as a whole, including your history, your background, your personality, and your embodied experience.
In therapy sessions, we will set treatment goals to work together on the presenting problems. Constant feedback is always welcomed on activities and discussion topics to assist with the therapy process.

My approach is client centered, meaning the focus will remain on the concerns the client brings to therapy. Different techniques I use involve trauma focused CBT, DBT, and EMDR (in office only).
Identify short- and long-term goals, identify barriers and develop strategies to overcome them. Work together to maintain goal-focused so measurable change can be observed, yet remain flexible enough to process new/emerging issues as they arise.

Person-centered and eclectic, utilizing an integration of research-based practices including CBT and DBT as well as holistic interventions such as mindfulness/meditation, artistic expression & narrative work. Always tailored to the individual client.
We find ways together to cope with the uncertainty of life and how to make decisions that feel meaningful and fulfilling. My clients discuss work, school, body image, relationships, burnout, imposter syndrome, intrusive thoughts, and more.

I love to help people create a different relationship with themselves and build skills to manage intrusive thoughts that seem embarrassing, shameful, bad, or wrong. I use ACT, DBT, and ERP modalities to help my clients.
Therapy is the beginning of an individuals journey to living a full and meaningful life. Working with individuals on this journey is truly a privilege and one that I take with the greatest of compassion and understanding for the courage required.

Through the therapy process my hope is that individuals can find a space where they experience truly being met where they are at in their life. My goal is to create a warm and engaging therapeutic relationship that allows for openness and honesty.
