I recognize that no problem is too big or small, and I understand that therapy should feel like a safe, non-judgmental space for clients. I work with adolescent and adult clients who are dealing with depression, anxiety, grief and life transitions.
My first priority is finding your authentic self. Whether depression, anxiety, childhood trauma, or minority stress (racism, homophobia, etc), we will work together to uproot painful narratives and plant seeds of hope, creativity, and empowerment.
