I am a reality-therapy choice-theorist, passionate about allowing others to focus on what motivates our behaviors. Our work together will include a variety of interventions to activate the senses, from music to creative writing and EMDR processing.

We often become the biggest barrier to our own success, solely because of the way we think. I encourage my clients to believe in, love and learn themselves again. Therapy work can be very intense, so I use humor and laughter as a tool in therapy.

I utilize an approach called ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) and I also utilize an approach called Body Trust® in my work. I also practice from a harm reduction perspective.
