My approach is rarely the same twice. I always use Evidence Based Practices, however, my approach is completely dependent on the individual working with me. As a clinical social worker, I work to always put the individual at the center of our work.

I am casual. I keep my presentation and my environment relatable so that coming to therapy is comfortable and welcoming (for both of us!). Think jeans and tees and sitting cross-legged with a cup of coffee :)

Therapy can and will look different for every individual. Therapy is hard work, and also fun and rewarding. My approach to therapy is evidence-based and tailored to your needs and goals, which may change and pivot over the course of therapy.

In our speaking, there are no limits or rules. I allow you to think in ways that transcend normativity & break through old ideas. I work with all, with a focus on marginalized people, LGBTQ people, survivors of abuse & people recovering from trauma.
