I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to transform negative thought patterns and address emotional and behavioral challenges. I also incorporate art and play therapy for a holistic, creative approach.

I have spent the past 15 years working in intensive treatment settings (eating disorders, substance use disorders, trauma, anxiety, depression and related-disorders). I incorporate DBT, IFS-informed, polyvagal theory and psychodynamic approaches.
