I always say that “healing starts with being human.” By our very nature we are built to survive, but we can learn how to turn surviving into thriving. I utilize an eclectic approach to therapy so we may find the strength in your individuality.

In our speaking, there are no limits or rules. I allow you to think in ways that transcend normativity & break through old ideas. I work with all, with a focus on marginalized people, LGBTQ people, survivors of abuse & people recovering from trauma.

I practice Somatics, a body-mind approach that helps us slow down to pay attention to body experience to access more feeling, ease, and change. I integrate IFS, a form of therapy that invites us to befriend our parts to hear their stories and needs.
