We are going to get deep into how trauma and difficult feelings are stored in your body, as well as in the brain. And we will work together to create action plans so you have concrete ideas for creating the life you want.

I utilize both relational and somatic therapy. This means that sometimes instead of verbally processing, we will go into a meditative body-centered process in which you allow your body and the sensations and feelings that arise there to lead the way.
