I seek to work on healing the nervous system by using mindfulness stress reduction, Trauma-informed CBT, and DBT.
We will explore current life events, childhood experiences, if need be, and how your symptoms are negatively impacting your current functioning. Together we'll explore ways to better manage your anxiety, panic, trauma and/or depressive symptoms.
