My studies and clinical experience enable me to work with individuals, families, and couples. I specialize in assisting children and adolescents with behavior, anxiety, depression, and ADHD, and support clients through trauma and LGBTQIA+ issues.

I utilize a strength-based approach with my clients, along with implementing EMDR. I have found that my clients have experienced relief, with current-day perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, and reproductive traumas birth trauma, NICU stays, etc
