In our speaking, there are no limits or rules. I allow you to think in ways that transcend normativity & break through old ideas. I work with all, with a focus on marginalized people, LGBTQ people, survivors of abuse & people recovering from trauma.

I start each session with "what is present with you today?". I genuinely care about your wellbeing and want to know how I can support you. We will identify goals, explore current stressors, and work together towards your personal healing journey.

What sets me apart is that I'm a combat veteran and trauma survivor. I struggled in ways like too many of us do. That's why this isn't "Just a job" for me. I get it, and I can meet you where you are because I've walked in those shoes myself.
