I believe the most important piece of therapy is you, the client. I work heavily from person centered and CBT techniques. Our session is your time to discuss whatever is on your mind, and there is no right or wrong way to do that, I will guide you.
I aim to provide you with a positive therapy experience. In our first session, we'll discuss your reasons for seeking counseling and set goals for the change you want. In subsequent sessions, I want you to feel safe, supported, and empowered to make positive changes and achieve your goals.

My hope for clients in the healing process is that they always feel heard, truly heard. While I cannot physically step into my client’s shoes, solve their problems, or take their problems away, they do not have to face them alone.
