It is incredibly important to talk about and process trauma experiences to move society closer to a world where survivors don’t have to live in shame. I encourage my clients by reminding them their story matters and therapy is a safe space to share.

Rather than adhering strictly to one theoretical framework, I draw on techniques and insights from multiple therapeutic modalities or theories, such as EMDR, Emotionally-Focused Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
