As a former collegiate athlete, I understand how being a student athlete can take a toll on your mind and mental health. That is why I am here to work with you. I believe that with my empathy-first approach & mental health expertise, I can help you.

I provide an open, affirming, thoughtful and reflective space. My training in systems theories, trauma, yoga, EMDR, animal assisted therapy and nature based interventions provides a strong foundation for me to help you, help yourself.
