I use a combination of cognitive behavioral therapy and mindfulness to help my clients understand themselves and break the cycle of thought addiction. I believe above all else, people deserve to be heard.

I draw on many different theories in my work as a counselor: attachment theory, mindfulness and meditation, psychodynamic theory, stages of change model, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and CBT. I will tailor our work together to your needs.
