I specialize in using cognitive-behavioral therapy to treat anxiety & depression as well as EMDR for trauma processing. Two areas I particularly enjoy treating include helping people with self-esteem/perfectionist issues & those with trauma history.
Most of the clients that come see me are looking for Trauma healing from PTSD and Dissociation and are part of the Military/First Responder, LGBTQIA, and Neurodivergent communities.
