I take a systemic approach to therapy. This means that I do not think symptoms just appear out of nowhere. We are products of our upbringing, relationships, events that have taken place, the music we listen to, and even the Netflix shows we binge.

I believe in showing up as an authentic human in therapy. Creating safety in attachments is a priority for me but otherwise I do not have a singular approach. I am a great therapist for folks who are open to trying different things to see what fits.

We are not just going to focus on "how" you go to where you are. Instead, we are going to be moving toward change so that you can accomplish your goals. I don't like to see clients merely coping. I like to see them changing, improving, and thriving.
